Welcome to Noetic Wisdom!
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Noetic Wisdom's website and services. By booking a session or purchasing a recorded reading, you agree to the following.
1. Nature of Services
Noetic Wisdom offers intuitive readings, including mediumship, clairvoyance, channeling, tarot and oracle card readings, and numerology. These services are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes only.
Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, financial, or therapeutic advice. Nothing communicated during a session should be interpreted as professional counsel in any of these areas. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Jason does not claim to predict the future with certainty. Intuitive readings reflect energetic impressions and guidance available at the time of the session. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
2. Booking and Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent.
Discount and promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is completed.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling (Live 1:1 Sessions)
Cancellations and reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with 24 or more hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
If Jason needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full reschedule or refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Recorded Readings
Recorded readings (The Ping and The Transmission) will be delivered within 3 business days of purchase.
Delivery is via the contact method or platform specified at checkout.
Because recorded readings are personalized and created upon request, they are non-refundable once delivered.
If a recorded reading has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact Jason directly to resolve.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for completed sessions or delivered recorded readings. If you have a concern about your experience, please reach out directly — Jason is committed to making things right where possible.
Refunds may be considered at Jason's sole discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances.
6. Personal Responsibility
By booking a session or purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that you are choosing to engage with intuitive services of your own free will. You take full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of information received during a reading. Noetic Wisdom and Jason are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on session content.
7. Confidentiality
Jason treats all client information and session content with discretion. Your personal details and the content of your reading will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Anonymized or composite examples may occasionally be referenced in content or education — never in a way that identifies you personally.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, branding, reading frameworks, and product names — is the intellectual property of Noetic Wisdom. It may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
